The Setup Mechanic will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, setting up, and operating assigned equipment within the production area. Position Summary

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the general ledger and financial reporting processes for the live operations division. This includes developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure timely and accurate reporting of both financial and managerial data. The role requires strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage detailed financial data in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Safely set up, operate, dismantle, replace parts, and assemble assigned equipment such as bottle/vial, blister, and inkjet printers.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Verify components against work orders following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
  • Perform line clearance, sanitation, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Execute proper testing methods for packages produced using assigned equipment.
  • Understand the qualities and properties of packaging materials and apply correct settings (heat sealing, temperature, dwell time, and pressure).
  • Provide feedback to management on issues and suggestions for improving safety, effectiveness, and equipment performance.
  • Adhere to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in pharmaceutical or food packaging is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • The ability to work a rotating shift schedule (days, afternoons, and midnights) based on business demands.
