  • Job Title : Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)
  • Location: Markham, ON
  • Hours - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement online and email marketing initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and distribute content marketing deliverables.
  • Plan and execute social media initiatives.
  • Monitor online marketing and social media trends and best practices.
  • Manage the creation of graphics and illustrative copy.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and behaviors.
  • Perform support duties including database management, reporting and analytics, maintaining marketing materials, tradeshow support, and managing sales and marketing software tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with social media tools.
  • Experience with writing and editing copy is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software, and basic HTML.
  • Familiarity with CMS and marketing analytics tools (Hubspot, Infusionsoft, WordPress, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with SEO and keyword research best practices is a plus.
