Executive Chauffeur

  • Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 annually
Position Summary

The Personal Driver/ Executive Chauffeur will be responsible for transporting the Chairman and immediate family members to designated locations while ensuring a safe, professional, and comfortable experience. The role also includes running personal errands and assisting with various tasks for both individual family members and the family as a group. The ideal candidate will maintain discretion, ensure the vehicle is in excellent condition, and provide high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate pickup and drop-off times with the Chairman.
  • Perform personal errands as required by the Chairman and family members.
  • Greet clients in a courteous and professional manner, assisting with entry and exit from the vehicle.
  • Load and unload personal belongings as needed.
  • Choose the most efficient routes using GPS and traffic updates, unless instructed otherwise.
  • Handle deliveries and collections on behalf of the client when requested.
  • Maintain cleanliness and mechanical condition of the vehicle.
  • Adhere to all road safety and traffic regulations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family’s identity and private matters.
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
  • High School / Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver for an executive, high-net-worth individual, or family-run organization.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Highly professional, punctual, and discreet.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.
  • Thorough understanding of GTA roadways and traffic patterns.
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to sit and drive for extended periods.
  • Occasionally lift and transport heavy items (e.g., luggage, storage boxes).
Other Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario G Class driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.
